国立大学法人　名古屋大学農学部　農学研究科（前期課程）修了
大手食品会社の研究所にて基礎研究に従事
1990年：岐阜の大手特許事務所に入所
1999年：弁理士試験合格、弁理士登録
2002年1月：渥美特許事務所　名古屋オフィス開設
2003年7月：浜松オフィス開設
2015年4月から：国立大学法人　浜松医科大学　知財活用推進本部　顧問

Hisahiko Atsumi  Profile

HISAHIKO ATSUMI(Patent Attorney)

Mr. Atsumi established ATSUMI PATENT FIRM in 2002, after working for a large Japanese food product company and for a large patent firm in Gifu, Japan for more than eleven years.

He is a graduate of Nagoya University (M.S/B.S Agriculture). He majored in Plant Genetics & Breeding with Biotechnological Processes.

He was admitted to the Japanese Patent Bar in 1999. His experience includes extensive domestic application preparation and prosecution in mechanical and chemical fields. Representative technical matters he has handled include electro-mechanics,hydraulics and fine ceramics used in computers and automobiles. Also, he has handled hundreds of cases involving printed circuit boards used in processors for PCs
